After a tiring search of groups to find the right feel for me, I just decided to create my own.
Hi, I’m Bekah, 33 year old (queer marriage with one toddler, lots of animals).
I am not a leader, talker, or full of exciting energy. But- I am: kind, caring, and an attuned listener.
My hopes and wishes for this group are to create community and space for any kind human to connect, check in, and learn newness strangers have to offer. At events, I hope to have awkward chit chat back and forth, maybe walks, maybe games, maybe snacks, maybe animals, maybe sit in silence comfortably together, basically a hangout time and we do what feels right.
This group comes from an inspiration and need to be more connected with humans, explore friendships and genuine intimate connections (not sexual). To learn to be more open to interactions, trusting, and to grow and help others grow too.
