Myanmar Entrepreneurs Network Monthly Meetup (@ Yangon)

This is the monthly meetup of Myanmar Entrepreneurs Network Monthly Meetup (MMEN). We were excited to hear that some of you had met useful contacts, and some even managed to form mutually beneficial partnership for your business during the first meetup! Congratulation!

For first time members, MMEN is a platform for fellow entrepreneurs and investors to gather, share ideas on doing business in Myanmar, learn from each other on key areas (e.g HR, Financing, law) or even possibly form partnership! This is held on the first Tuesday of every month. There is no entrance fee and you pay for whatever food or drinks you order. Bring your friends along for a night of good conversation and good food and we do look forward to seeing you all there!

Q. How do I get to the location?

A. Please read all the instructions below. Driving and walking and public transport instructions are as below.

Q. How do I know who in the cafe are coming for MMEN?

A. Just ask anyone you see in the Ya Kun Cafe "are you here for the MMEN meetup?", the odds are that they are. Of course, if you can recognize us, you can come by and we will be happy to have a chat with you.

Q. What is the agenda of this monthly Myanmar Entrepreneur gathering?

A. There is no agenda. It is a free-and-easy meet-and-greet coffee session.

Q. Why am I FORCED to buy a drink and/or food?

A. You are not forced to buy a drink here. As there is NO CHARGE from the MMEN for you to attend the event. We do ask that you buy at least a drink from the cafe.

Q. I am not an entrepreneur/I am a student/I am thinking of becoming an entrepreneur/I am a government worker/I am a corporate worker/etc. Am I still allowed/able to come for the event?

A. Sure!

For those driving, parking is abundant at Kandawgyi area around Signature Restaurant and there is no charge

For those taking taxi, please tell the Taxi Driver that it is Signature Restaurant on Kan Yeik Tha Road besides U Htaung Bo Roundabout

For those taking bus, please align at the "Bahan 3rd Street" bus stop. Signature is a short 5 minutes walk from the bus stop.

A. YAKUN ေရာက္လွ်င္ ေတြ႔သည့္ မည္သူ႔မဆို မိတ္ဆက္ကာ “MMENကို လာတာလား“ ဆိုျပီး ေမးလိုက္ပါ။ ေတြ႔သည့္ အေမးခံရသည့္ လူအေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားသည္ MMEN သို႔ လာသူ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေခ် မ်ားပါသည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ Organiser မ်ား (Thet Zin & TH) က ဖိတ္ထားတာ ျဖစ္လို႔ Organiser မ်ားကို ျမင္လွ်င္လည္း ေခၚပါ ေျပာပါ ႏႈတ္ဆက္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။

Q. ေတြ႕ဆံုပြဲ၏ အစီအစဥ္မ်ား(Agenda)ကို သိလိုပါသည္။

A. ေတြ႕ဆံုပြဲတြင္ အစီအစဥ္မ်ား(Agenda) မထည့္ထားပါ ။ ေအးေအးေဆးေဆး ေတြ႔ဆုံ ႏႈတ္ဆက္ျပီး ေကာ္ဖီ အတူေသာက္ကာ စကားေျပာႏိုင္ရန္သာ စီစဥ္ထားပါသည္။

Q. YAKUN တြင္ အစားအေသာက္မွာမွသာ MMENေတြ႕ဆံုပြဲကို လာရမည္လား။

A. ေတြ႕ဆံုပြဲတြင္ ဝင္ေၾကးေကာက္ခံျခင္း မရွိသလို အစားအေသာက္မ်ား အတင္းေရာင္းခ်ျခင္း မရွိ ေသာ္လည္း ေနရာေပးထားေသာ YAKUN ကို အားနာေသာ အေနျဖင့္ အျပင္အစားအေသာက္ မယူလာရန္ ေမတၲာရပ္ခံပါသည္။ YAKUN မွလည္း အားေပးလိုလွ်င္လည္း ဝယ္ယူ သံုးေဆာင္ ႏိုင္ပါသည္။
