Friday Evening: Take just one hour to de-stress from the week, recalibrate your energy, and give your nervous system the reset it deserves. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to fully enjoy your weekend.
Sunday Evening: One hour just for you to unwind, reflect, and reset. Let the soothing sounds carry you into a new week with clarity and peace.
You’ll be gently cocooned in a hammock beneath the trees, where your body can fully let go. I’ll guide you through a grounding meditation, inviting your nervous system to settle.
Then, the healing tones of Tibetan bowls and crystal bowls will begin to ripple through the forest air — merging with the soft sounds of rustling leaves and birdsong.
This is a sensory journey of deep rest, sound healing, and connection with nature.

🧺 What to Wear & Bring
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing – think soft layers you can relax in.
• I’ll provide a blanket and an eye mask for your comfort.
• Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Optional: you’re welcome to bring anything else that helps you feel cosy – a warm shawl, fluffy socks, or your favourite crystal.
🌧️ What If It Rains?
No need to worry — we’ll be safely tucked under the stretch tent, lying on yoga mats, warm and dry.
The sound of the rain will become part of the experience, adding a natural layer of calm to the sound journey — like nature’s own percussion.
Rain or shine, you’ll be held in stillness and sound.

The retreat is based in the stunning backdrop of fields, forest and among paddocks where you can watch the ponies grazing.
Yoga to gently stretch into the body and quieten the mind easing away any aches and pains. All abilities are welcome! No Yoga experience needed.
African Drumming to help you deeply tune into the powerful hypnotic vibrational sound that your soul can get lost in
Forest Bathing in hammocks will help you slow down and unwind connecting deeply in with all your senses to absorb the quiet wisdom of nature. The frequencies of the Tibetan bowls and Crystal bowls will calm your nervous system and realign your mind-body connection.Refreshments and Biscuits will be available throughout the day and a beautiful buffet of vegetarian dishes will be laid out to enjoy during the lunch break.

Important Information:
Please arrive 5-10 mins before retreat start time, late entrance may not be permitted to reduce disruption.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one( or let me know and you can borrow mine for the day), blanket, water bottle, sun hat or extra layers
Please bring your phone to find us but then you are strongly encouraged to disconnect from your every-day life and turn off your phone so you can fully immerse yourself in the activities for the duration of the retreat.
If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to weather or non viable numbers full refunds will be provided.
Please advise the teacher before the session if there are any physical/mental health needs they may need to be aware of.
