A practice to strengthen your core muscles by concentrating on your pelvic floor and gently activating your abdominal muscles that may have separated.
A practice to realign and strengthen your body after vaginal, caesarean, forceps or long induction births.
Deeply relaxing stretches to create space for the shoulders, neck and hip muscles to open and release.
