Wednesday Evening Yoga
Each Wednesday evening, I gently guide you through a short meditation at the start of class to help quieten the mind and centre your energy, allowing you to arrive fully on your mat before we begin moving.
The yoga flow we practise includes a balanced mix of stretching and strengthening, working through different areas of the body. I am always here to support you, offering adaptations and options so that the poses feel accessible and supportive for your body.
No previous yoga experience is needed. We move intuitively, listening to what our bodies are able to do that week — honouring where we are rather than where we think we “should” be.
You never need to feel flexible enough to do yoga. Yoga isn’t about touching your toes; it’s about turning up for yourself, meeting your body with awareness and kindness. By listening inwards, we gently unravel tension, leaving you feeling lighter, freer, and more at ease.
We meet every Monday and Wednesday evening 7.15pm-8.30pm or
Thursday mornings 9.30am-10.45am
