Learn to grow mushrooms at home
No experience, prior knowledge, or advanced equipment required. All experience levels welcome. Supplies and kits provided through the group at nominal cost, with drop offs during in-person meetups, or in Phoenix and Tempe.

Most of our meetings are done via zoom, with a desire to move toward in-person events. We have 2 part meeting format:
- Part 1 is a "structured grow" where we all grow a gourmet/medicinal (lion's mane, reishi, various oyster, etc.) mushroom in tandem. It's a bit of myco-newb classroom, at the hobbyist level. We’ll go over basic myco principles, such as mushrooms life cycle, sterile work area, agar, fruiting techniques, sterilization/pasteurization, substrate, and many more topics of discussion to include and troubleshooting you may need assistance with.
- Part 2 is more "show and tell" where we each share and talk about personal grows. This is where more advanced or off topic discussions occur, in a conversational format.
