Zeke is a mushroom enthusiast and mushroom cultural ambassador. He is the founder of Brooklyn Mushroom. He is a self-taught mushroom grower who has been growing mushrooms for over two years. He has been teaching this workshop for over a year and has taught thousands of people how to grow mushrooms at home. His specialty is indoor mushroom growing.
