MyData Scotland is the local hub of MyData Global organisation.

MyData is a global movement looking at ways we can assert more rights over the data flows that we produce. The core idea is that we, you and I, should have an easy way to see where data about us goes, specify who can use it, and alter these decisions over time.

A MyData Scotland Data Fest Fringe Event. Ever wondered what happens to your data, where it goes and how it's used? Come along to MyData Scotland’s first event, a workshop on mapping some of the data ecosystems that surround each of us in our daily lives. We will be joined by members of the MyData Global organisation who will be able to tell you all about the MyData vision and the work the MyData Organisation is doing to achieve this vision.
