"tattva yoga dubai " believes in ( nature , my yoga studio). the physiological effects of yoga and the psycho physical effects of yoga is being given the maximum importance. simple bending into some asana may not be the right thing untill the teacher knows the physical , mental, social ,emotional and spiritual benefits of it and is aware of it . we thrive to teach the public how to teach themselves ,so that they become self sufficient in life!
pranayama the breathing technique is also being further used to enhance the effects of yogic benefits to suit individuals.
mantra and the effect on the chemistry of the brain and the vibrations to cater to the needs of subtle energy centers are vital sources .
meditation of various types or different methods leads to tranquility and calmness, buts not always about being calm . its about being in balance .
