Coffee Break is one of our brand activities in which we communicate with each other and share ideas based on a given topic.
The topic for this session is "Design Thinking"
Design thinking is solution based thinking which is advocated by a famous design company - IDEO. Unlike analytical thinking, design thinking is a process which includes the "building up" of ideas, with few, or no, limits on breadth during a "brainstorming" phase. This helps reduce fear of failure in the participant(s) and encourages input and participation from a wide variety of sources in the ideation phases.

We will invite Leo Yu, Technic Director from Mingdao and Honggang Wang, Algorithm Expert from SAP to facilitate the workshop for us.

简介：Design Thinking是IDEO公司所倡导的一种解决问题的方法论，它能够帮助团队正确地识别问题，高效地组织头脑风暴得到初步想法，快速地获得市场反馈并进行迭代，最终得到完善的解决方案。
不论您是大公司的CEO，正在起步的创业者，肩负开发新产品/服务和品牌重任的中层经理或是任何希望在工作生活中有所创新改善的人，设计思维都能为你所用。
本次活动将会以workshop形式展开，具体流程如下：

参与者分组模拟案例，使用设计思维来解决一个现实的问题
