Expand Your Career Horizons: How I Got Into Real Estate

• Please arrive ON TIME. Door closes at 12:50 pm and our event will strictly start at 1 pm.
• Enter through the central courtyard (the Superette) entrance of 135 Seaport Boulevard and you’ll be greeted upon arrival. This is a private residence so we will have a volunteer greet you to enter the building. Please message the host if you have any questions.

Parking

• If you plan to drive, you can find free metered parking nearby (since it’s Sunday), especially on Congress, Summer and A street.

Join us for our first session on “expanding your career horizons” with a group of part-time real estate agents/investors who will discuss their personal stories and unique insights. The event will include three keynotes, a panel discussion and conclude with a social hour. Light refreshment will be provided.

Agenda:

12:30 pm - 12:50 pm: Arrival & pre-event social with refreshments (sponsored by NT Development)

1 pm - 1:15 pm: Event kick-off by host (Eden & Sarah)

The refreshment will arrive on time and feel free to grab some snacks before we get started.

1:15 pm - 2:45 pm: Part I: Keynotes on getting into real estate in the following order:

• Renze (20 min including Q&A)
• Cheng (30 min including Q&A)
• Winston (30 min including Q&A)
• Break & Transition

2:45 pm - 3:30 pm: Part II: Panel discussion on multi-family investment (Nick, Lior and Brunno; moderated by Eden)

3:30 pm - 4 pm: Conclusion & social
