Panelist: Yuki (刘玥琪)
As a full-time data scientist, I see writing as distilled life, and I believe that by becoming an amateur writer, I can transform my fantasies into literature. I have completed my first suspense novel on psychology and published it on Douban. Currently, I am working on my second novel, a romantic story set in western China between 1970 and 1990.
During my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and seeking inspiration.
Panelist: Xu Shen (沈序)
I’m a passionate writer and data scientist at an insurance company. I write about first generation immigrants stories in turbulent times and technical essays about actuarial science, tail hedging and taoist philosophy in competitive capital market.
I also program, teach, practice martial arts to express myself and see it as an effective way to improve our wellbeing.
