Let’s step into late spring together with movement, breath, and fresh air! 🌿
Flow & Flourish is a gentle, uplifting experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and build confidence on the trail while soaking in the beauty of the season. Whether you're a regular hiker or just looking for a mindful way to start your weekend, this event is for you.
The Plan:
🧘 Standing Yoga Flow (25 mins): We’ll gather beside the river for a grounding, energizing standing yoga practice. No mats are required on the ground for this part—just you and the movement!
🥾 Guided Hike (4 miles): We’ll head out for an out-and-back hike along the South Fork Catawba Trail. The path is mostly flat and rated "easy-to-moderate," making it a perfect pace for enjoying nature.
✨ Closing Circle: We’ll finish with breathwork and a gratitude circle to set a positive tone for the rest of your weekend.

- When: Saturday, April 18, 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
- Where: South Fork Catawba Trail (119 Willow Drive, McAdenville, NC)
- Trail Level: Easy to Moderate (mostly flat)
- Cost: $20 for Non-Members $13 for Shared Members (Free for Premier Members)
What to Bring:
- Plenty of water
- Comfortable walking/hiking shoes
- Sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses
- Bug repellent
- A yoga mat
