This group focuses on posture, balance, strength, coordination, and endurance, drawing from martial arts foundations, intelligent conditioning, and rhythm-based movement.
Sessions are designed for long-term development rather than quick fixes, gym culture, or extreme intensity.
myRenaissance is for people who value consistency, self-command, and steady progress. No prior martial arts or fitness background is required—only seriousness of intent and a willingness to train deliberately.
