Infinite Horizons: A Cosmic Sound Journey

Join MySoulSpace for an evening of deep rest and expansive energy on Tuesday, August 12th.
We will begin with a guided meditation that gently leads you into an immersive sound bath. Beneath the vast August skies and during the quiet energy of the Perseid meteor shower, this journey invites you to release limitations, open to possibility, and rest in the stillness of the stars. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, the gong, chimes, and other vibrational instruments, you’ll explore the infinite horizons that live within you.

Your comfort is key to fully experiencing a sound bath. Some light comfort items are provided, but please bring anything that will make you comfortable while lying on the floor. We recommend a yoga mat or padded surface, a blanket, and a pillow or bolster for additional support. An eye pillow or scarf to block light and a water bottle are also helpful.

Location: We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the middle of the building after entering.
Time: Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM.
Registration: Registration is required to reserve your space.
