*A grounding winter sound journey designed to help you slow down, soften your breath, and settle into the stillness of the season.*

As winter begins to settle in, this soothing sound bath invites you to slow down and return to your breath. Gentle crystal bowls, grounding frequencies, and intentional stillness help calm your nervous system and soften the mental noise of everyday life.
Drop into a peaceful space where your body can unwind, your mind can quiet, and your energy can realign with the softer rhythm of the season.

**Location:** We will be meeting on the 3rd floor in Suite 303. Please use the stairs in the center of the building after entering. (Please note there is no elevator in the building.)
**Time:** Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in. The sound bath will begin promptly at 6:30 PM
**What to Bring:** Some light comfort is provided, but please bring anything that will help you feel fully supported and comfortable— yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, bolster, water, etc.
