I am Stefana Frew, a certified Holistic Practitioner, Guide, and Teacher in the Modern Mystery School lineage. I have trained for more than six years in the United Kingdom and Canada, and I bring over a decade of experience in personal development and energy work.
This group is for people who want to grow, understand themselves better, and learn tools that create real change. We study Hermetic principles, numerology, energy structure, and the Path of Light in a practical way that supports clarity, stability, and inner strength.
