### The Art of Letting Go with Erin D'Elia
This gathering is for anyone who feels ready to slow down, tune in, and let go of some of the tension they’ve been carrying—physically, mentally, or emotionally.
We’ll explore gentle yogas, breathwork, and guided meditation in a way that’s practical and approachable. This isn’t about pushing your body, performing flexibility, or trying to “heal” anything. It’s about learning how these practices actually support you in real life—especially on days when you feel stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected.
Most classes are held virtually, making them easy to join from wherever you are. From time to time, we’ll also host pop-up live gatherings for those who feel called to practice together in person.
You’ll be guided to listen to your body, respect your natural limits, and move in ways that feel supportive rather than forced. The practices offered are simple, repeatable, and meant to be used beyond the class—at home, at work, or whenever life feels like a lot.
The intention is to help calm your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and gently create space for more ease, clarity, and moments of joy—without needing to have it all figured out.
