Welcome to a unique wellness community in the heart of downtown Hollywood, Florida.
Join us Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Mystic Coffee Shop on Harrison Street, an inspiring café by day, transformed into a warm and inviting yoga sanctuary by night.
Each session is thoughtfully guided by Maria, whose fiery yet calming presence, wisdom, and uplifting energy create an experience people genuinely look forward to returning to. Classes include breathwork, intentional movement, an extensive and immersive sound healing experience, and deep relaxation designed to help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome here. Come meet new friends, move, breathe, heal all in a beautiful community setting in the Mystic Coffee Cafe.
