Midweek Reset in Hollywood: Yoga + Sound Healing

A hidden gem for restoration and community in downtown Hollywood! Join us Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 7 PM to 9 PM for a powerful start to your week in the heart of downtown Hollywood.

Each class with Yogi Mar (Maria) is a full experience designed to help you feel better from the inside out.

After arriving and meeting new friends, we begin with intentional breathwork to center the mind and awaken energy. Then we move through mindful asanas (postures) to build strength, flexibility, and presence. Finally, we close with a deeply restorative sound healing experience to calm the nervous system and restore balance.
This is more than a yoga class. It’s a chance to reset your body, clear your mind, and reconnect with yourself.

All levels are welcome.
