Thank you for taking interest in quieting your mind, expanding consciousness, and raising your individual vibration...

This meet-up was founded 7 years ago out of a growing need for conscious community and individuals to be able to come together, to be in love light-energy, learn and practice different meditation techniques, and share in the highest vibration, with the support and guidance of a teacher and other conscious individuals, teachers and healers.

Our objective is to create an open community of like-minded conscious individuals, spiritual seekers, healers, meditators, and every day beings looking to create peace, awareness, bliss, and let go of 'stress' in and throughout their lives, by learning how to tap into higher consciousness using meditation to raise personal and collective vibrations, open our heart centers, still our mind, and activate our intuitive centers.

Each session we have an educational component with focus on exploring and experience meditation & different meditation techniques ranging from guided visualizations, mantra, sound-vibration and toning, pranayama (breathing techniques,) progressive focusing, and more...

Each meet-up will be led and guided by a teacher. You will learn and practice different techniques to use in your daily lives. Each session ending with introspection and stillness. Aaron Erickson is the director and lead teacher of the group, though guest teachers may also lead.

Aaron is mystic, teacher, and healer, he founded the Mystical Human Yoga School and teaches 8 core disciplines. Aaron is continuously practicing, spreading awareness, and teaching sacred knowledge, and healing arts through classes and workshops around the South Florida area.

PLEASE BRING: Meditation cushion or bench, pillow, mat, or blanket to sit on. Chairs, pillows, and yoga mats also available on first come first serve basis
