Enjoy a magical evening of Indian fusion cuisine hosted by chefs Pritha Mehra and Junie Nathani who will create a one-night only eclectic dining experience at the boutique Georgetown Graham Hotel.

The evening will feature a seven-course menu for $65 per person to include the following:

Papri Chaat

Flour crisps topped with potatoes, yogurt, tamarind chutney and chickpea shavings

Calcutta Chutneys

Assortment of breads served with herb and tomato chutneys



Chutney Pilau

Aromatic Basmati Rice seasoned with coriander and mint chutney

Tandoori Kabobs

Succulent, delicately spiced grilled Chicken and Paneer Kabob

Savory Chickpeas

Chickpeas served over bruschetta with Chef’s special toppings

Holiday Shepherd’s Pie

Indian Shepherd’s pie with a mushroom, corn and peas medley

Basmati Dulce

Cardamom flavored rice pudding topped with figs and nuts
