Through somatic yoga, we move not to achieve perfect shapes, but to feel, release, and restore.
There is no forcing and no pushing — only listening to your body’s natural intelligence.
The class includes gentle yogic breathing (pranayama), inspired by traditional Himalayan teachings.
These breathing techniques help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you with your inner vitality.
