Eastern philosophy teaches that our sense of safety is not only mental — it lives in the body, breath, and energy system. When the body feels unsafe, the mind stays in control, and the ego and brain work constantly to protect us, often creating tension, anxiety, and exhaustion.
During this meet-up, we will explore:
