North Scottsdale 50+ Young Chicks

Join me for a fun and meaningful pizza-making event supporting families in need and those experiencing homelessness. Volunteers will focus on preparing pizzas—no serving required.

Friday Night Pizzas is a beloved tradition at St. Vincent de Paul. It’s a great opportunity to give back while learning how to make homemade pizza. Volunteer tasks include rolling and tossing dough, adding sauce, cheese, and toppings, as well as helping with cleanup. And yes—there will be some sampling along the way!

What to Wear & Bring:Please wear closed-toe shoes with rubber soles, sleeved shirts, and knee-length (or longer) pants, shorts, or skirts. St. Vincent de Paul will provide gloves, aprons, and hair nets.

To help keep things running smoothly, please avoid using cell phones or headphones while volunteering. Storage space is limited, so bring only essential items.

We will be dining at Pyro in Scottsdale. This is an upper end restaurant.
If anyone wants to meet at the bar for a pre-drink, we will be there at 4:45.

This is a restaurant that charges $25 per person for a no-show and I had to leave my credit card on file. Therefore, I will ask for everyone to Zelle me $25 when they sign up for the event. If you no-show or cancel after Friday, May 29th at 5:30p.m. you will not receive your $25 back. I will refund everyone who shows up by Zelle after the event.

All materials will be provided: canvas, acrylic paint, brushes, easel, and apron. An awesome instructor will guide through the painting of “Cherry Blossoms.” You can enjoy a cold beverage while you paint and chat with friends.
