We would love to invite you to join our panel discussion with experienced leaders in the tech & startup industry in Vienna. N26 is organising a series of events for the Women in Tech community. The goal of the event is to get involved in the tech community, promote female talent and contribute to creating a gender diverse working environment. This event is for everyone (not just females).
Our panellists come from different backgrounds and represent successful companies such as N26, Bitpanda, Female Founders and Canva. We can’t wait for the emerging discussion to happen as we are planning to cover the following topics:

👉 Anna John
Head of Engineering at N26
Anna John originates from Stockholm, Sweden and moved to Barcelona 3 years ago to join the online bank N26. From travelling around the world to Head of Engineering at an international fintech company, starting her career late and without a proper university degree Anna has proven that anything is possible if you set your mind on it.
👉 Magdalena Hoerhager
VP Growth at Bitpanda
Magdalena Hoerhager is Bitpanda’s Vice President of Growth, focussing on spearheading initiatives in marketing, expansion plans and local markets. Previously, the Austrian, who studied law in Vienna, spent several years at emerging tech startups such as Quandoo. Before that, Magdalena was also part of Rocket Internet SE, which incubates, builds and strategically invests in growing internet and tech companies globally. Having worked in various cities, including London, New York, and Berlin, home for Magdalena is now in Vienna alongside her husband and 2-year-old son, where she uses more than a decade of tech industry experience to lead growth initiatives within the fintech unicorn’s organisation.
👉 Lisa Marie Fassl
Managing Partner Fund F & Co-Founder Female Founders
Lisa has spent her entire career in the startup ecosystem. In 2016, she co-founded Female Founders which has become Europe's leading organisation around female entrepreneurship, reaching a community of 65+k women across the continent. These days she's fully focused on running Fund F, a Venture Capital firm that is investing in the biggest opportunity in European tech - gender-diverse founder teams.
👉 Alexander Brix
Head of Operations Europe at Canva
Alex is an entrepreneur and angel investor in the AI and SaaS space. He is currently Head of Operations Europe at Canva, a global free online graphic design tool valued at $26 bn. As COO of Kaleido AI, he helped scale Kaleido's products to over 30 million users and led the post-merger integration process into Canva following its acquisition.

Senior People Business Partner
Sabrina has worked in different tech start-ups in Spain and Austria. She joined N26 more than 3 years ago and is currently working as Senior People Business Partner. Focusing on the Tech organisation within N26, she consults leaders to take the right decisions for both business and the people in their teams.
