NAAAP-Dallas/ Fort Worth is a branch stemming from the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP). We are a non-profit organization promoting leadership development, career progression, community service, social and professional networking for professionals in the DFW area. Since its launch in 1982, NAAAP has expanded to over 25 cities across the United States and Canada, making NAAAP the largest and fastest growing Asian American professional organization in North America. NAAAP-DFW officially launched in March 2011. We were also honored that year with three awards: 2011 Venture of the Year, 2011 Operational Effectiveness Award, 2011 DAABA Community Leader Award. ## About this event

NAAAP-DFW is proud to present our annual LEADS Conference, with this year’s focus on 1) finding your voice in your personal, social, and professional settings and 2) amplifying it in meaningful and impactful ways.

The LEADS Conference is open to all employees, leaders, ERG members, companies, professional organizations, and college students. We’ll have multiple workshops led by experienced professionals, as well as networking opportunities. The highlight of the afternoon session is our Women in NAAAP (WIN) panel, where esteemed women leaders speak about their journeys and share their perspectives.
