This session is a place for men to slow down and get back to basics. By practicing without clothes, we remove the distractions of the outside world and focus entirely on the body. This creates a relaxed, natural environment where everyone is on the same level.
The session itself focuses on the physiological "reset" of the body’s foundation, targeting the hips, lower back, and hamstrings where men hold the most chronic tension. Through slow, long-hold floor stretches, we move past the surface muscles to reach the deeper connective tissues, using gravity rather than force to create lasting flexibility. Without the restriction of fabric, you gain a clearer awareness of your own alignment and a greater range of motion, allowing the nervous system to shift into a state of deep recovery.
