Join us for Thursday Evening Open Meditation! Spending time on the cushion after work to get to know our minds is definitely time well spent. Learn the basic technique for seated, calm abiding meditation and learn to sit quietly and observe our minds after the workday.

This is a drop-in practice situation and practitioners are welcome to stay for any amount of time, from 15 minutes to the whole hour!
