## Awareness in Motion: Meditation in Our Daily Lives

The activities of our daily life, whether at our jobs, in our relationships, or in the sangha, offer profound opportunities to bring the precise, mindful awareness we cultivate through meditation into our experience off the cushion. Mitra Dean Mark invites us to explore the connections between our mediation practice and our daily lives, touching on fundamental concepts of the Buddhist path including the accumulation of merit, karma, and moment-by-moment mindfulness.
