Freeing Ourselves from the Demon of Self-Concern
with Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen
4 Sundays
June 7, 14, 21 + July 5, 2026

***

At the heart of the Mahayana path is the practice of mind training — reorienting our focus from habitual self-cherishing to working for the benefit of all sentient beings, as vast as space.

How do we work with our emotions, our relationships, our annoyances, and our challenges to help us in this lofty aim?

Join us to explore some simple but profound advice from Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen, in this four part commentary on the Eight Verses for Training the Mind, a nearly 1,000 year old poem of advice from Geshé Langri Thangpa.
