Every year we gather on the beach and plunge into the cold, clean waters of Boston Harbor to raise money for the Better Beaches Grant Program which funds our Beach Yoga Program!
NamaStay Sober will also be hosting a Sober Station in collaboration with event sponsor, Topo Chico.
- Pete will be leading a pre-plunge stretch!
