• Ceremonial Cacao Circle - prepared and offered with intention, cacao opens the heart and invites deep presence

• Live Drumming Journey - feel the rhythm move through your body and shake loose what no longer serves you

• Breathwork & Guided Meditation - gentle energy work and mindfulness to anchor the experience

• Sharing Circle - space for reflection, authentic connection, and community
