4 Runs + Daily Meditation Practice
Summer can bring its own set of challenges for all of us, that’s why we’re coming together this June to move, meditate, and stay connected. Join NamaStay Sober and the Boston Bulldogs Running Club for a month-long challenge built on strength, mindfulness, and community.
Here’s the Challenge:
✅ Complete 4 runs/walks with the Boston Bulldogs
✅ Commit to a daily meditation practice (we recommend the FitMind app)
✅ Stay sober and present throughout the month
✅ Celebrate your progress with a Beach Yoga Finale Class at the end of June (TBD)
Whether you’re an experienced runner, a casual walker, or brand new to both — this challenge is for you. The Boston Bulldogs' runs are welcoming, inclusive, and always begin in a circle where new friends are made. Participants then split into small groups by pace and distance. Most runs include a walk option, too. After the workout, everyone gathers for water, juice, and snacks. It’s more than just fitness — it’s fellowship.
