Unlike the Sun Salutation, which awakens and ignites, the Moon Salutation invites you to slow down, to breathe deeper, and to move with the cyclical, flowing rhythm of lunar energy. Each posture honors the quiet strength of the moon, goddess-like, grounding, and deeply nurturing, and helping you release the heat of the day, stretch open the body, and calm the restless mind. Practiced at night or during moments when life feels overwhelming, it becomes more than a sequence; it’s a reminder to balance doing with simply being, to honor your inner tides, and to rest in the gentle glow of your own intuition.
