Join us for a calming 45-minute Vinyasa Yoga flow designed especially for those who experience back pain or have a history of back injuries. This class focuses on safe, mindful movements to stretch, strengthen, and release tension in the spine.
Through a series of gentle postures like Cat-Cow, Low Cobra, Bridge Pose, and so on. We will work on improving spinal mobility, easing lower back tightness, and leaving you feeling relaxed and supported.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. The flow is beginner-friendly, with options for all levels. Props such as blocks, pillows, or bolsters are welcome if you’d like extra support.
