INTRO class at Namaste Sanctuary will offer an array of techniques to become more mindful and methods to attain deeper relaxation in every moment. Some of the methods this class will introduce are: Mudras, Breath work, Acupressure activation, Gestalt Technique, Creative Visualization, Guided Imagery and learning about your own Body Psychology. Every subsequent week each method will be discussed and practiced more in depth to allow for better insight and understanding
RESULT: learning a variety of simple techniques to reduce stress, enhance wellbeing, promote and improve health and overall balance on a daily basis in every moment.

A bit about our Instructor :
Bio:
Judi Ternyik has been teaching classes and workshops in Mindfulness for the past 30 years. As a Gymnastics professional she has integrated relaxation and healing techniques with her gymnasts and presented several lectures on the subject at National Conventions for Woman Professional Groups as well as Athletic events. Her guided visualizations are a big favorite with her gymnasts.
She has two masters degrees; Applied Psychology and Spiritual Science and is currently in a doctoral program. Judi continues to contribute to the gymnastics industry as a national judge, choreographer and coach as well as guest speaker. As a personal growth enthusiast, Judi has completed the Landmark Education Series and Insight Transformational Seminar programs. Judi also has a practice, Body Smarts Coaching, which is based on "Body Psychology" awareness in healing pain and integrating the whole being with a myriad of techniques. She has also published a book called "Sleep, Dream, Heal" offering a plethora of short mindsets prior to sleeping to induce relaxation and healing.
