NAMI Eastside Connections Peer Support Groups are FREE, SAFE, and CONFIDENTIAL spaces for adults living with mental illness. This group meets weekly and are led by individuals with lived experience and are engaged in recovery.** Connection groups range between 2 – 10 individuals. All groups are confidential--you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish. This is a safe place to share your personal experiences and get support from people who are there to listen, understand, and support you. Participate as much as you are comfortable.

Attendance is limited to people who have or suspect they have bipolar disorder, as well as parties who support them, are welcome to join the meeting.

When: Every Monday from 05:45 PM to 08:00PM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
Where: Virginia Mason Hospital
