IN-PERSON Family Support Group (Every 3rd Wednesday from 6pm-7:30pm)

NAMI Eastside Family Support Groups are FREE, SAFE, and CONFIDENTIAL spaces for adults living with mental illness. This group meets weekly and is led by individuals with lived experience and are engaged in recovery.** Connection groups range between 2 – 10 individuals. All groups are confidential--you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish. This is a safe place to share your personal experiences and get support from people who are there to listen, understand, and support you. Participate as much as you are comfortable.

When: Every 3rd Wednesday from 06:00PM to 07:30PM Pacific Time (US and Canada)
Where: Overlake Park Presbyterian
1836 156th Ave. NE
Bellevue, WA 98007
The parking lot entrance is on 156th St. The meeting will be held in the Office building.
