VIRTUAL Spiritual Support Group (Every 2nd & 4th Wed from 7pm-8:30pm)

NAMI Eastside Connections Support Groups are FREE, SAFE, and CONFIDENTIAL spaces for adults living with mental illness and their families. This group is for members who use SPIRITUALITY in their recovery. This group meets every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays and are led by individuals with lived experience and are engaged in recovery.** Connection groups range between 2 – 10 individuals. All groups are confidential--you can share as much or as little personal information as you wish. This is a safe place to share your personal experiences and get support from people who are there to listen, understand, and support you. Participate as much as you are comfortable.

This group is specifically open to any adult who is living with symptoms of a mental health condition and friends/family members of someone living with a mental health condition.

When: Every 2nd & 4th Wednesday from 07:00 PM to 08:30PM Pacific Time (US and Canada)

Please use an email address that you have access to when registering. Once you have registered, you'll receive a confirmation email. The link to join the meeting will be in that email. The link won't work until 7pm on the day of the meeting. Once the host admits you into the meeting, you should have access right away if you have zoom downloaded into your device. If you don't have zoom downloaded onto your device, you'll need to do that, too.
