With over 40 support & social groups, both family members and people living with mental illness are sure to find a group that fits.
Share your current experiences, give and get support, and learn from others facing similar challenges. All groups are led by trained volunteers with lived experience and are a safe and judgment-free environment of mutual respect.

Are you close to someone struggling with emotional problems? Connect with others who are experiencing the same unique challenges within their families and community, such as:
- Cultural and language barriers in mental healthcare
- Concerns about seeking help due to undocumented status, and
- Intergenerational trauma and stigma around emotional issues
Spanglish Family and Friends is for adults who identify as Hispanic, Latina, Latine, or Latino and have a loved one dealing with mental health issues.

We invite you to join us five minutes before the group starts. Everyone who arrives by 6:05pm will be admitted into the meeting. After 6:05pm, you may not be admitted based on group capacity. No one will be admitted after 6:30pm.
Observers are not permitted.
