NAMI Finger Lakes provides mental health education and support programs for families who have a loved one living with a mental health condition. NAMI Family-to-Family Class

Join us virtually via Zoom on Tuesdays, February 3 – March 24, 2026, from 5:30–8:00 p.m. (ET). This free, 8-session education program is open to anyone 18+ who has a family member, partner, friend, or loved one living with a mental health condition. Participants from anywhere in the U.S. are welcome. Registration is required. Space is limited and classes fill up quickly.
NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence-based program, taught by trained family members with lived experience. You’ll gain practical skills, up-to-date information, and compassionate support while learning how to care for your loved one and yourself.
