Support group meetings take place weekly and are open to anyone who has been diagnosed with, or thinks they may have, Bipolar disorder (formerly known as Manic Depression) for discussion, information, and support.
Note: Meeting size is usually about 15 people.
This group is also open to people who want to know more about Bipolar (ie, those with family or friends who have it) so they can learn more about it and how to support them better.
We encourage you to attend the group at least twice before forming your opinion on whether you wish to continue attending, as each meeting is a little different from the last. We hope this group proves helpful for you, if even in a small way.
