Loved Ones/Family Support Group

It can be difficult to support someone living with a mental health condition. Finding resources, communicating, and taking care of yourself through the process can feel daunting. If you are a loved one of a person living with a mental health condition, we hope that you will join our support group to help you through these challenges.

NAMI Family Support Group is a support group for family members, significant others, and friends of people with mental health conditions. NAMI support groups are peer-led and offer participants an opportunity to share their experiences and gain support from other attendees.
