Bedaar Shayar is a curated community writing night for people who write or love to listen to shayari, poems, random lines, funny rants, half-written thoughts.

No stage. No mic pressure. No “good writing vs bad writing” scene.
We hop around a bar setup, grab some drinks, and lr]eave it to the mahool, start putting out whatever we’ve written emotional, funny, awkward, raw, or unfinished. Phone notes, random screenshots from 2 AM, crumpled paper, that one line you’ve been sitting on for a while sab chalega. If you feel like reading, read. If you want to just listen and soak it in, that’s perfectly fine too (but if you write even a little, this space is definitely for you).

The night is lively, cozy, and just a little chaotic with laughs, snaps, an occasional “wah wah,” random interruptions, and lines that hit when you least expect them. Some pieces will be deep, some will be silly, and some might surprise even the person reading them out loud.
This isn’t an open mic or a competition.
It’s just people, drinks flowing, words spilling, and everyone rooting for each other.
