Once a month, we come together to meditate, reflect, and share a meal.

This is a time to come down from the head space (of information and thinking) and into the body (of sensing and center). From there we know how to act, and we are naturally compassionate. So together, let's breathe, be, and belong. :)

What to bring:
- Meditation cushions (optional).
- A dish to share for the potluck. Please bring food that aligns with your values.

Schedule:
6:00 pm — Arrival
6:15 pm — Guided 20-minute meditation
6:40 pm — Short reflection, followed by group discussion
7:00 pm — Potluck and fellowship

All are welcome. No prior meditation experience is needed. Come as you are!
