Details

Monday's forecast looks decent, not too hot. A shorter hike on mainly forested/shaded trails.
Approx 8km/200m accumulated elevation gain @ "just a notch over" moderate pace.
You s/b @ minimum a strong “B/moderate” level hiker or higher to enjoy this hike. Not suitable for anyone with balance/cardio/knee deficiencies.
Pet-free hike/NO DOGS please. Pit toilet @ parking lot/trailhead.

REMINDER: be prepared to show some of the First Aid supplies that you carry in your pack. See Ten Essentials link below.

Will be hiking a loop on network of multi-use/active mountain bike trails thru a working forest.
Expect dry, slippery conditions with varied and unstable terrain (stones, roots & some blowdown). Hiking boots/shoes with good tread required. Poles may be beneficial.
