Spring Forest Qigong was created by Master Chunyi Lin. Master Lin's personal mission is that there be a healer in every home and a world without suffering and pain. The movements are simple and easily done standing, sitting, or lying down. There are 5 basic movements in a practice, one for each of the five organ families in the body. It is a lovely, relaxing and healing, moving meditation. No experience is needed. Come and follow along. Practice is free.
