Through guided movement and soul-stirring music, you’ll journey into your inner world and release tension, stress, and old stories. Let the rhythm guide you as you dance your way toward healing and self-discovery. No dance experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to move.

Through this sacred JourneyDance experience, gently guided by CeCe,
you’re invited to release what no longer serves you
and realign with the light that’s always lived within.
As you move, you begin to embody your soul’s truth—
remembering who you are through rhythm, breath, and feeling.
Doors open at 2:05 for a soft opening. This is a time to connect with the space, with your breath, intention, and vision. We begin our sacred journey promptly at 2:15.
You will be guided through a JourneyDance experience that invites you to move, release, and reconnect. No dance experience is needed—just bring your open heart and willingness to explore. Together, we create a space where movement becomes medicine. Let this be a time of reset, a moment of reawakening, and remembrance of who you truly are— a return to the whispers of your heart, where your truth begins to speak, and your story is expressed through movement. Please st hydrated wear comfortable clothes you can move in. You’re welcome to bring a journal for reflections if you’d like to capture insights
