The Naperville-Aurora Mastermind Meetup is moving the conversation forward!
Raise your hand if you have ever heard of invisible conditions like Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or Neurodivergence like ADHD, Autism, Giftedness or Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). If you didn't raise your hand, or if you did, and want to learn more about how everyday people in your community face late diagnosis for invisible conditions, join us virtually for our new series.
During Sunday's "Move The Conversation Forward" Series, our speaker will share their lived experience with invisible conditions such as EDS, PTSD, TBI and Neurodivergence.
This is not a deep dive, but a way to get the conversation started. (More in-depth conversations occur at our in-person meetups where platform-time-bound limitations are avoided)
The speaker will give a short introduction and overview (15 minutes) and the remaining time will be shared with attendees to dialogue during Questions & Answers (30 minutes).
During this series, we come together to learn about varying experiences within our community while providing a nurturing environment. This gathering is for those who are looking to engage in critical thinking, explore new ideas, and improve their craft through knowledge sharing. Whether you are a seasoned advocate or just starting out, our community is dedicated to fostering a space where people help people while celebrating the art of storytelling and information crowdsourcing.
In addition to gathering and sharing, we emphasize stress management through connection and an environment where intellectual discussions and cultural exchanges are encouraged. Together, we strive to build a diverse and inclusive community that honors human rights and supports communities to have access to safety and well-being. Join us for creativity, connection, and collaboration as we work towards building a stronger and more supportive community through the power of information crowdsourcing.
We will meet virtually via zoom. To keep the engagement manageable, we will meet in a smaller group of 6. As such, RSVP is necessary to join.
